Cokach™ Medical was founded by a licensed healthcare professional with nearly a decade of clinical experience — and a lifetime of caring for others. Working across patient care settings, our founder witnessed firsthand the inefficiency and waste created by using full nitrile or latex gloves simply to apply a small amount of medicated cream. The solution, she realized, didn’t yet exist.
That realization was deepened by her parallel life outside the clinic — running an animal rescue for over a decade, caring for a disabled family member. In each of these worlds, the same problem surfaced: precise, gentle, hygienic cream application was harder than it needed to be.
The Cokach™ Disposable Applicator was born from that gap — a beautiful accident, as she calls it. A true case of necessity being the mother of invention. Today, it is used daily in her own home, where on an elderly pet receives his ointment so gently he doesn’t even notice — and no hands ever touch the affected area.
Developed through a proprietary trade secret manufacturing process and with a USPTO filing in progress, the Cokach™ Applicator is more than a medical tool. It is a natural barrier that protects patients, supports caregivers, reduces facility waste, and — unlike nitrile gloves — will not persist in a landfill for centuries.
